VIP Evening at York Theatre Royal – The Kite Runner
Join us for a special VIP evening at York Theatre Royal on the evening of Wednesday 19th June 2024 to see The Kite Runner.
Based on Khaled Hosseini’s international bestselling novel, adapted by Mathew Spangler and directed by Giles Croft, this haunting tale of friendship spans cultures and continents and follows one man’s journey to confront his past and find redemption.
Afghanistan is a country on the verge of war and best friends are about to be torn apart. It’s a beautiful afternoon in Kabul, the skies are full of colour and the streets are full of the excitement of a kite flying tournament, but no one can foresee the terrible incident that will shatter their lives forever.
Guests will start the evening with a glass of fizz whilst networking with fellow professionals. We will then be seated in the best available seats in the Dress Circle to enjoy the evening's performance of The Kite Runner which starts at 7.30pm. Nibbles will be served during the interval.

Tickets are priced at £30 for Members / £40 for Non-Members.
Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing / email at least 7 working days prior to the activity date. A refund will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend an event or cancels within 7 working days prior to the activity.
